ABOUT

I am Aigli Andritsopoulou, founder and creative director of Leale Studio.

For the past 15 years, I have lived inside the world of marketing, branding and digital presence, shaping the way places, projects and ideas are seen, felt and remembered.

My journey began in London, where my years at Goldsmith, University of London and the city itself quietly shaped my perspective before leading me back to Athens, evolving along the way across hospitality, real estate, design and culture.

An ongoing part of this journey is my work with ELASTIC Architects, an award-winning international architecture and design firm working with leading hospitality brands including AMAN, Four Seasons, One&Only, Delano, Banyan Tree and Marriott.

My path has also included collaborations with Mona and Shila, two House of Shila (NYC) concepts in Athens shaped by art and culture as well as The Modernist Hotels, a contemporary Greek hospitality brand rooted in design and local creativity.

Beyond this, I am founding member of Leale Real Estate, where personal touch, place and identity come together.

Leale Studio is where all of these worlds come together.

Leale means true, loyal and sincere. It was born from love for this work. For the invisible thread between a vision and the people it reaches.

Over time, this personal vision grew into a team of experienced professionals, each bringing their own craft, perspective and care to the work we create.

To us, a strong presence is not only something to be seen. It is something to be felt. It carries a voice, a rhythm and a soul of its own.

Our team brings together strategy and sensitivity, structure and imagination, experience and instinct. We approach every project with care, curiosity and a deep desire to create something honest, beautiful and alive.
